and countless other group exercise forms.

following second to none.
Jim has worked under TaeBo creator Billy Blanks. Together with his own martial
arts education, strength and conditioning
drills and interval training, he has formed one of the most exciting and
sought after exercise programs north of Boston.

Instructor and Burn Boot specialist. Jenny's commitment to fitness started with her years as a
competive gymnast. It is this drive that has
led her to create a boot camp style
class second to none. No two classes are the same as Jenny uses her knowledge of
exercise to create an
exciting workout that surprises and challenges the most
experienced group exercise enthusiast, yet can welcome and invigorate the
beginner.

Tonya Rockett has been committed to dancing and exercise for most of her life. She is trained in classical ballet, Tap and Jazz and was a
part of The Young Dance Company of America. She has also been a student as well as teacher for the Marblehead based Dancenergy program.
She has been practicing and teaching Vinyasa style yoga and is certified with Yoga Fit. |
